Welcome to MedWheel, a digital marketplace for clinicians, students, and healthcare professionals to share and purchase educational and clinical materials.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any content from MedWheel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Buyer,” “User,” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
MedWheel is a digital marketplace, not a healthcare provider, publisher, or employer.
All products are created and sold by independent sellers. MedWheel:
- Does not author, edit, or verify the content sold,
- Does not guarantee the clinical accuracy or effectiveness of any product, and
- Is not responsible for how materials are interpreted or used in real-world practice.
All purchases are made at your own discretion and professional judgment.
2. Use of Materials
You are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use digital materials for personal or professional use only, unless otherwise stated by the seller.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute purchased files outside your own organization or practice.
- Upload purchased products to public websites, shared drives, or online repositories.
- Claim ownership or authorship of another seller’s work.
- Use content to create competing products or commercial offerings.
Violations may result in account suspension and potential legal action from the original creator.
3. Clinical and Educational Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: The resources provided on MedWheel are for educational and informational purposes only.
They are not intended to replace professional judgment, individualized assessment, or medical treatment.
Buyers are responsible for verifying that any material used:
- Meets relevant ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, and
- Is appropriate for their specific setting, patient population, and scope of practice.
MedWheel and its sellers assume no liability for misuse, misinterpretation, or adverse outcomes arising from use of materials purchased on the platform.
4. Digital Products & Delivery
- All items sold on MedWheel are digital downloads; no physical goods will be shipped.
- Upon successful payment, files are available for immediate download via your account or confirmation email.
- Please ensure you have compatible software or devices to open the purchased files (e.g., PDF readers, ZIP file extractors).
If you experience technical difficulties, contact MedWheel Support within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds may only be issued at MedWheel’s discretion in the event of:
- Duplicate purchases,
- Technical file corruption or download failure, or
- Verified unauthorized transactions.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
6. Buyer Accounts & Conduct
Buyers must:
- Maintain accurate account information,
- Keep login credentials secure, and
- Use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
You may not attempt to:
- Circumvent payment systems,
- Access or download files without purchase, or
- Harass sellers or other users.
MedWheel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content sold on MedWheel is protected by copyright law.
Sellers retain ownership of their work; you are granted only the right to use it as described in Section 2.
If you believe a product infringes on your copyright, please contact:

with a description of the alleged violation, including supporting details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- MedWheel, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform or purchased materials.
- MedWheel makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of content for a particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedWheel and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of purchased materials,
- Your violation of these terms, or
- Your interaction with any seller or third party.
9. Modifications
MedWheel may update these Buyer Terms from time to time.
Any changes will take effect on the “Effective Date” listed above. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
