Refunds and Disputes

All digital sales are final. Refunds are only issued in limited cases, such as:

• Duplicate purchases, or

• File corruption verified by MedWheel support.

In cases of buyer disputes or chargebacks, MedWheel reserves the right to:

• Review the transaction,

• Issue refunds at its discretion, and

• Withhold or offset future payouts if necessary.
